- Segundo. COMUNICAR, por medio de Secretaria General, el presente auto al Juzgado
- Tercero. Penal del Circuito de Popayan, con el fin de que tenga conocimiento sobre lo aqui resuelto por la Corte Constitucional. Para el efecto se remitira copia de la presente providencia.
